Touched down Singapore late at night and craving for Ramen? No problem. Or it’s your last day in Singapore and you just want to chill out somewhere you can eat while enjoying the view of the old heritage buildings along North Bridge Road where you can do people watching or vehicle watching? No problem.
Are you planning to go for a late supper date? Or do you work shift and is having trouble sleeping or are you craving for Ramen or some sushi at night just like me? No problem. ‘The Ramen Stall’ is your saviour and the best thing is that it is ‘Halal’ too!
Operating in the most weirdest hour which is out of the ‘normal’ opening hours, ‘The Ramen Stall’ is open daily as follows;
Monday – Friday:
5pm to 5am (last order 4.30am)
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays:
12pm to 5am (last order 4.30am)

Cool isnt’t it? This is my 5th visit. I’ve been here in 2016, twice with my sister and last year, 2 separate trips with my fiancé and my sister and this year, I’m back again, just a few days ago.
I ordered a cup of Chawanmushi and a bowl of ‘Salmon Oyako Don’ which is rice topped with a generous amount of salmon and some roe with wasabi sauce.
My partner tried ‘Teppanyaki Beef’ with a bowl of rice to go with it. It is really juicy and delicious. Hubs scored it 8/10 and mention that it’s a little sweet.
And we ordered Okonomiyaki as an appetizer but of which it was served to us last. I prefer the traditional Okonomiyaki which is stuffed with more cabbages and is not too crunchy. This to me, has got great crunch but the taste is just 6/10 for me.
As for drinks, I ordered Honeydew juice which is really lovely and my husband got Green Apple juice which is truly refreshing.
Now, if you are not a big eater, omit the Okonomiyaki because you may find it hard to finish it.
If you are getting ramen but you don’t think you can finish a bowl, you may get the extra noodle and share it with your friends or family. They have other choices of Japanese meal to choose from and this menu here should help you. Click the link to view the menu and prices.

The Ramen Stall is located at 787 North Bridge Road, Singapore 198755. Click the link to view the address and map, taken from their website. You can take the green line mrt to Bugis, use the exit B and walk for about 10 – 15 mins towards the Sultan Mosque and continue up straight all the way till you see the restaurant signboard or street name ‘Jln Klapa’.
Bugis Exit B also leads to:
Arab Street
Golden Landmark
Haji Lane
Kampong Glam
Raffles Hospital
Sultan Mosque
If you are getting here way past midnight, there will be no bus nor mrt operating so you may flag a cab or use the ‘Grab App’ to get your ride. The benefits of using a grab app is that you can view the fare right on the screen when you book but you may need a working handphone number.

I would definitely be back again to try their dessert next. Have you been here? How do you find it? Share with us in the comments below!
